Mercedes-AMG GT Concept at the 2017 Geneva Auto Show

It is currently auto show season, which means that there are a variety of new and exciting vehicles being revealed by all the major automotive brands including Mercedes-Benz. The most recent of these events is the Geneva Auto Show which is happening March 9 -19, 2017. To get car enthusiasts excited for this event, Mercedes-Benz has given a sneak peak at the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept which will be present at this auto show. Today we’re going to take a closer look at what we know about this new vehicle so far.

What does the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept look like?

The Mercedes-AMG GT Concept is part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of Mercedes-AMG. This four-door coupe is an extension of the AMG GT family. It has a striking design that is still recognizable as part of the AMG family. It has slim horizontal tail lamps and the a sculpted tailgate. The taillamp also features new light technology that is located under the three-dimensional lens of the rear lamp.

Mercedes-AMG GT Concept Performance Capabilities and Engine Type

This concept vehicle also has an innovative hybrid drive system. It combines the powerful AMG 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine with an additional powerful electric motor, which gives an immediate response and offers extraordinary high performance. It gives this vehicle the ability to go from 0-60 mph in less than three seconds. The Mercedes-AMG GT Concept is both appealing to the eyes and fun to drive.
