The E-Call, or the Emergency Call, is a feature that you can use in emergencies. This means that if you are in a situation where you need assistance, you can press this SOS button. However, just like the video says, you shouldn’t use this as a 911 replacement. If you find yourself in need of serious assistance, you should always dial 911.
