The first notable difference is the lack of options available on the new WORKER van. The WORKER comes with one standard wheelbase, one roof height, and one available engine. The Sprinter Cargo 2500 and 3500 models both come with three wheelbases, three roof height options, and two available engines. Additionally, the WORKER does not come with the option of all-wheel drive, but it does come with 20,000-mile service intervals, covering regular maintenance such as oil changes.

If you’re someone who needs these options, the classic Sprinter Cargo might still be a better option.
