If you still don’t have plans, what’s the big deal? There is plenty to do for Memorial Day 2016 in Mesa AZ! From Memorial Day parades to golfing to fine dining, this list will help you get you started with your Memorial Day Weekend adventures.
Mother’s Day Activities in Mesa AZ 2016
Rancho Sahuaurita is a community just south of Tucson that isn’t afraid to get its hands dirty with a full weekend of Memorial Day shenanigans. The festivities will start on the 28th, so check out the website for more information!
When you cross a celebration with an army of food trucks, you get Mesa’s Feastival Forest. Be at Pioneer Park on Saturday, May 28th to get your feast on. Perhaps we could make a food truck out of a Mercedes-Benz G-Class!
The name says it all! Rochester’s doesn’t usually have specific Memorial Day specials but every Monday, burgers are only $5.00 with the purchase of a beverage. It’s perfect for families and is also a golf course so throw your bag in the SUV and pick up dad on the way.
Here is another place where you can book a tee time for memorial day. There is obviously a lot more going on there but even if you’re only going for the food, you won’t be disappointed. Annabelle’s Fine Dining is one of Mesa’s favorite fine dining opportunities and the Star Buzz Café is good for a cold wrap at the turn.
Time to test the cargo capacity of the GLE-Class! A farmer’s market is the perfect place to go to learn about local culture and fill your pockets with cheap produce that tastes like candy. Like clockwork, it happens every Friday at 9:00 AM at Mesa City Plaza on Main St. If you have any questions about these Memorial Day 2016 suggestions or have an event you would like us to add to the list, let us know in the comments!
