X-Class Design and Capability

The new X-Class was designed and engineered to go anywhere, whether it be cruising through city streets during a night on the town or off-roading in the backcountry. Equipped with the intelligent 4MATIC® all-wheel-drive system with a low-range transmission ratio and an optional different lock on the rear axle, the X-Class delivers outstanding off-road capability. The pickup truck is also one of the first vehicles to debut with the new Mercedes-Benz design idiom, which was initially debuted on the 2019 CLS Coupe.
