2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Convertible Debut

2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet Sneak Peak

Coming to Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale and other dealerships all over the country in the fall of this year, the 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabriolet is the first of its kind. No other C-Class has been offered as a convertible. The reason for this is most likely that the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and Mercedes-Benz S-Class both come with convertible options, assuming the only people who like to feel the wind in their hair are the same people that like to spend a lot of money on cars. The 2017 C-Class Cabriolet is an entry-level convertible for the Mercedes-Benz family and here is a sneak peak at what it will look like come autumn when it is available for purchase everywhere.

Exterior

Mercedes-Benz did a pretty good job with this one except for one thing; the roof is missing! Sure it has a fabric soft top that can open and close at speeds up to 31 miles per hour, but what if road noise is too loud even with the top down? Actually, Mercedes-Benz thought of this too. The fabric acoustic soft top features multiple layers of insulation and it comes in black, dark blue, brown, or dark red.

Interior

The C-Class Cabriolet is meant to be a half and half combination of sport and luxury. Although the outside looks sporty, you’ll find MB-Tex DINAMICA microfiber upholstery on the seats and instrument panel, giving an elegant feel without taking away from the sport factor.

Mercedes-AMG C-Class

As more vehicle variations pop up in the Mercedes-Benz lineup, more doors open for AMG options. The AMG C-Class Cabriolet will be known as the 2017 Mercedes-AMG C43 Cabriolet. As of right now, there will be no C63 Cabriolet, but we expect that will change in a few years.
