4. Scottsdazzle  

With this well-liked yearly event, the City of Scottsdale marks the holidays in style. A tree-lighting ceremony on Black Friday is the official beginning of Scottsdazzle, a month-long holiday festival. The ongoing celebration was intended to make Old Town and Downtown Scottsdale joyful during December.
