Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale Takes Home Two Top National Honors

We recently went to the Mercedes-Benz National Dealer Meeting in Miami and we’re proud to announce that we won the prestigious “Best of the Best Dealer Recognition Award”. This award is only given to the top dealerships in the U.S. We are truly honored to receive this award and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing customers and staff members.

How many dealerships win “Best of the Best” Dealer Award?

This year, 19 out of 384 dealers earned this distinction. This is the second year in a row that Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale has received this award. In order to even qualify, a Mercedes-Benz dealership must demonstrate superior performance in various areas of business including customer satisfaction, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, leadership and management and service and parts operation. But this isn’t the only award the dealership has recently been awarded.

The Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale service department was also named #1 in the U.S. for customer satisfaction, which is a first for us! We received this award at the National Parts and Service Meeting at the Phoenix Convention Center, which hosted all Mercedes-Benz dealers in the country. We couldn’t have received this huge honor without the kind words and feedback from our customers. We appreciate you and what you have helped us achieve.
