A safe and clean work and shopping space. Our models are kept in an all-indoor showroom which is wiped down regularly with Micro-Kill One; a cleaner that is specific to the COVID-19 virus. Likewise, all of our models are wiped down with Micro-Kill One as well.

We will continue to take the utmost care in sterilizing our dealership and the vehicles inside. Loaner vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after every use, and we have a variety of hand sanitizer stations set up in various areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, salesperson desks, and customer lounges.

Our service team also wipes down your car with disinfectant after they are done servicing your vehicle and before they give your car back to you. Our team members also wear surgical gloves in order to keep the environment as sterile as possible, and we have clean gloves set aside for our customers as well. All of our employees are required to call in sick if they are feeling under the weather, and every extra precaution is being taken to ensure our dealership is a safe environment.

Can I still visit the dealership?

Yes, you can still visit the dealership. It is possible to shop for your future car in a safe environment here at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. We frequently wipe down all surfaces in our dealership, including our loaner vehicles and showroom cars.

Can I still test-drive a car?

Yes, you can still test-drive any car you are interested in. We use Micro-Kill One to clean every vehicle multiple times a day. The car you’re interested in is clean, and after you are done with your test drive, a Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale team member will go in and wipe down every surface again to ensure it is as sterile as possible.
