If you're more than 100 miles from home and your Mercedes-Benz breaks down due to a warranty-covered issue that keeps your vehicle overnight for repairs, you could be eligible for Trip Interruption Coverage. This coverage includes up to $300 per night for lodging, meals, and travel expenses. Keep your receipts, and your local Mercedes-Benz dealer will help you with reimbursement.

Who Is Eligible for Roadside Assistance?

Eligibility depends on your vehicle's warranty status. You’re eligible for complimentary “Soft Services” if you have a new vehicle limited warranty, an extended limited warranty, and a certified pre-owned warranty. Soft services include flat tire assistance, battery jump-starts, fuel delivery, and lockout help.

Towing is complimentary for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles, regardless of warranty status, as long as the repair is completed at a Mercedes-Benz dealership and the tow is within 20 miles of the nearest authorized dealership. If you don’t meet these conditions, towing may still be available for a fee.
