The 2018 S-Class Sedan offers three new thrilling powertrains to choose from. The S 450 and S 450 4MATIC®, both new models, are powered by a 3.0L V6 biturbo engine that delivers 362 horsepower. A 4.0L V8 biturbo engine that delivers an exhilarating 463 horsepower are equipped on S 560 models and the Mercedes-Maybach S 560 4MATIC®. The AMG S 63 boasts a handcrafted-AMG 4.0L V8 biturbo engine that delivers a heart-pounding 603 horsepower.



The 2018 S-Class Sedan is also equipped with several performance-enhancing features to increase driving pleasure. RACE START® helps increase acceleration time, AMG DYNAMIC SELECT® with four modes delivers a more personalize drive, and MAGIC BODY CONTROL® suspension with the CURVE® tilting function enhances comfort on sharp turns. Other innovative systems include Road Surface Scan (forward-looking detection for bumps) and LED Intelligent Light System with Ultra-Wide Beam.
