One of the most exciting parts about a new supercar is finding out how quickly it can scoot itself around the infamous Nürburgring in Germany. As of today, Mercedes-Benz holds 8 out of the top 100 fastest lap times at the Nürburgring. Or should we say Mercedes-AMG because three of them are GTs and most of them have AMG® in the name? 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT R Active Rear-Wheel Steering

The 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT R is the first Mercedes-AMG vehicle in history to have active rear-wheel steering, meaning all four wheels turn in conjunction with the steering wheel. The introduction of this also puts the GT R on a short list of passenger vehicles to ever be offered with similar technologies.
