What if my warranty is expired?
If your warranty is expired, you aren’t entirely out of luck. First, all vehicles purchased from a Mercedes-Benz dealership prior to January 4th, 2011 are still covered under the roadside assistance program for as long as you own the vehicle. If your car is newer, you can always purchase an extended warranty at any time by contacting your local dealer (US!!!).

Roadside assistance is intended for emergency situations where you are stuck on the side of the road.
